Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026
This page is provided in English, which is the governing version.
1. What this covers
This policy explains what information TravelDesk collects when you use the platform — as an operator, staff member, agent, affiliate or customer — and how it's used.
2. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), booking information (passenger names, passport/ID numbers where required for manifests, contact details), payment status (we don't store full card numbers — that's handled by our payment providers), and usage data like login activity and device/browser information.
3. How we use it
To create and manage bookings, generate passenger manifests for check-in, process payments, send booking confirmations and e-tickets, calculate agent and affiliate commissions, and improve the reliability of the platform.
4. Who it's shared with
Information is shared with the operator you're booking through (they need it to run the transfer), and with payment processors to complete transactions. We don't sell personal data to third parties.
5. Data retention
Operators retain booking and passenger records for as long as needed for their own operations, accounting and legal record-keeping requirements. You can request deletion of your customer account at any time.
6. Cookies & tracking
TravelDesk uses cookies to keep you signed in and to attribute bookings to the correct referral link or agent when applicable. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the operator you booked with, or the TravelDesk team directly through your account.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls limiting who can see booking and passenger information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
