How long does it take to go live?+
When you sign up we create a starter pier, boat, route and two weeks of departures. Edit them into your real schedule and your booking site is ready to take bookings.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. 14 days with full Starter access, no credit card required. You can switch plans from Settings at any time.
What does it cost per booking?+
1% of booking value on Starter and Growth, 0.5% on Scale. Card processing (3–5% depending on payment method) is passed to the customer at checkout on every plan.
Can I sell through 12Go Asia or Booking.com?+
Yes. Scale includes the channel partner REST API: routes, live availability, bookings and cancellations, with a separate key for each partner.
Which payment methods are supported?+
PromptPay QR, cards via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer with proof of payment, and custom gateways. Trusted agents can also book on credit terms.
Do my crew need a laptop at the pier?+
No. The staff app covers manifests, QR check-in, walk-in bookings and payments, shifts, repair reports and expenses. It is included on Scale and a $25/month add-on on Growth.
